Holiday Driving Tips

During the holidays we typically find ourselves rushing from one mall to the next frantically trying to fulfill our christmas gift list. This distracted driving combined with the worst weather of the year adds up to an increase in personal injury auto accidents. So it is very important to drive defensively and cautiously during the month of December.

San Diego Personal Injury Attorney Summer Update

San Diego Personal Injury Attorney Summer Update

San Diego Personal Injury Attorney

Summer is here, and the weather is beautiful, but surprisingly auto accidents and personal injury accidents are still happening.

Recently I had court in Riverside, and as I was heading out of San Diego, I saw a horrible rollover accident on the 163, many of you saw it on the news.  It was a fatality.  Then as I was returning from court heading up the hill on the 15 from Temecula, I saw another rollver accident, this time on the otherside of the freeway.

PLEASE be careful out there! Wear your seatbelts, and slow down a little!

And of course call me immediately after you are involved in an accident,

State Farm Insurance Company v. Rosenthal
In an insurer's declaratory judgment action against an insured alleging that his personal injury underinsured motorist claim was time barred by Pennsylvania's four-year statute of limitations on contract claims, a ruling for the insured is affirmed on alternate grounds, based on a prediction that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court would start running the statute of limitations on the date on which an insured settles with or obtains an award from the adverse driver for less than the value of his damages.Avoid these problems by consulting a top San Diego Personal Injury Attorney right away after your auto accident.
